个人简历

崔要奎,博士,北京大学博雅青年学者、北京大学地空院遥感所副研究员、国家高层次青年人才。武汉大学本科、北京大学硕士、中国科学院大学博士、清华大学博士后。长期从事蒸散发基础理论、遥感建模与应用研究,集成“定量遥感技术-空气动力学理论-水文过程模拟-人工智能方法”,提出并构建了蒸散发精细化遥感监测理论与方法体系。主持国家自然科学基金(青年/面上)、科技部重点研发子课题等10余项,第一/通讯作者在ISPRS P&RS、RSE、TGRS、AFM、JoH等领域主要期刊发表论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利7项。成果入选水利部成熟适用水利科技成果推广清单,获全国测绘科学技术奖二等奖(排1)、全国农业节水科技奖一等奖(排3)、大北农科技奖二等奖(排3)等。担任国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会数字水圈专委会副秘书长、中国测绘学会摄影测量与遥感专委会委员等。
